No, we are not lawyers and we do not provide legal advice. 

5. How long does it take for my immigration case to get approved?

We cannot give you an exact time. We can give you an average time frame based on previous cases of the same category. However, it all depends on the case and USCIS (immigration). You can check the status of a USCIS case by clicking here

6. Do you guarantee your services?

We back up our services 100%.

7. What is your refund policy?

Since we only provide services and we do not sell any products, therefore there is no refund. However, if there is any issue with any services that you have received, we will fix the problem at no charge.

10. Does your company provide affidavit of support for immigration petitions?

Unfortunately we do not provide affidavit of support. However, we can file the necessary documents for you. We suggest you get the affidavit of support from a family member or a friend.

11. Are you a mobile business?

It all depends of the circumstances. We travel as far as 25 miles to meet up with our customers.

12. When and how can I pay for my fees?

Payment is due at the time of service. We do not take rain checks. 

  • Preferred payment methods: Cash, Zelle (561-305-9992), or Cash App ($jcassamajor)
  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal). Please note that an extra fee will be imposed for the use of credit cards. 
  • We do not accept payment by checks.
